This is a starting-point template covering the core commitments a print-and-services marketplace typically needs to state. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer — please have one look it over, and fill in the bracketed placeholders, before treating it as final.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PrintNiq platform — the website, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") — operated by GR Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("PrintNiq", "we", "us", "our"), a company based in Bengaluru, India. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("you", "User") agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

1. What PrintNiq is

PrintNiq is a marketplace that connects customers who need printing and related document services with independent print shops, cyber cafés, and service-centre operators ("Merchants") who fulfil those orders. PrintNiq is not itself a print shop: Merchants are independent businesses responsible for their own equipment, staffing, and order fulfilment. PrintNiq provides the platform, payment routing, and order-management tools that connect the two.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering as a customer or Merchant, and keep your login credentials confidential.
You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

3. Placing an order (customers)

You are responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of any file you upload for printing. See Section 5 below.
Orders are routed to the Merchant you select. Print quality, turnaround time, and in-shop pickup arrangements are the Merchant's responsibility, not PrintNiq's — though we're glad to help mediate a genuine dispute.
Prices shown at checkout are set by the Merchant (subject to PrintNiq's platform fee where applicable) and are final once an order is placed and paid for.

4. Merchant obligations

Merchants must accurately represent their shop's services, pricing, and hours on the Platform.
Merchants are independent businesses, not employees or agents of PrintNiq, and are solely responsible for order fulfilment, equipment, and compliance with applicable local laws (including consumer protection and tax obligations).
Merchants agree to fulfil paid orders promptly and to keep uploaded customer files confidential, deleting them once an order is complete except where retention is required by law.
Subscription plans, commission rates, and payout terms are as shown in the Merchant dashboard at the time of subscribing, and may change with notice for future billing cycles.

5. Prohibited content and use

You may not upload, print, or request printing of content that:

infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
is illegal under Indian law, including counterfeit documents, forged identity documents, or content that incites violence or hatred;
is obscene, defamatory, or violates another person's privacy;
is used to defraud PrintNiq, a Merchant, or a third party.

We and our Merchants reserve the right to refuse to print, and to report to authorities where required by law, any content that appears to violate this section.

6. Payments

Payments on the Platform are processed through third-party payment gateways (currently Razorpay). PrintNiq does not store your full card or bank details — that data is handled directly by the payment gateway under its own security standards. By paying through the Platform, you also agree to the applicable payment gateway's terms.

7. Cancellations and refunds

8. Platform availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice, and aren't liable for losses caused by downtime, maintenance, or factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintNiq's liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. PrintNiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of independent Merchants.

10. Intellectual property

The PrintNiq name, logo, and Platform software belong to GR Technology Pvt. Ltd. Files you upload remain your property; you grant PrintNiq and the relevant Merchant only the limited right to process and print that file to fulfil your order.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
