Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PrintNiq website, applications, merchant dashboard, ordering system, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

PrintNiq is operated by GR Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("PrintNiq", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Bengaluru, India. By creating an account, placing an order, registering as a Merchant, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About PrintNiq

PrintNiq is a technology platform that connects customers with participating print shops, cyber cafés, and service-centre operators ("Merchants") for printing and related document services.

Merchants are independent businesses responsible for their own staff, equipment, premises, service delivery, pricing, and order fulfilment. PrintNiq provides the technology, order-management tools, payment processing support, and communication infrastructure that facilitates these transactions.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account and must keep your account information updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you should notify PrintNiq promptly through the Contact page.
  • PrintNiq may suspend or terminate an account if it is used in violation of these Terms, for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or materially false information.

3. Customer Orders

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files, documents, photographs, text, and other information are accurate and suitable for the requested service.
  • Orders are sent to the Merchant selected by the customer. The Merchant is responsible for carrying out the requested printing or service.
  • Customers should review order details, files, quantities, sizes, and other information before completing payment.
  • Prices displayed at checkout are the applicable prices for the order at the time it is placed, including any applicable platform or service charges shown before payment.
  • Order availability, estimated completion time, and pickup arrangements may depend on the selected Merchant.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Merchants must provide accurate information about their shop, services, pricing, operating hours, and availability.
  • Merchants operate as independent businesses and are not employees, partners, or agents of PrintNiq solely by using the Platform.
  • Merchants are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders accurately and within a reasonable time based on the service selected.
  • Merchants must handle customer-uploaded files and personal information responsibly and only use them as necessary to fulfil the requested service, subject to applicable law.
  • Merchants are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, consumer requirements, tax obligations, and other requirements applicable to their business.
  • Subscription plans, commissions, service charges, and payout terms are those displayed in the Merchant Dashboard or otherwise communicated by PrintNiq and may be updated for future billing periods with appropriate notice.

5. Uploaded Files and Prohibited Use

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, reproduce, process, and print any content submitted through PrintNiq.

You must not use the Platform to upload, process, or print content that:

  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights;
  • is unlawful or intended to facilitate unlawful activity;
  • includes forged, counterfeit, or fraudulently created documents;
  • is obscene, defamatory, threatening, or unlawfully invasive of another person's privacy;
  • is intended to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or cause harm to PrintNiq, a Merchant, or another person.

PrintNiq or a Merchant may refuse an order where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the requested content or service violates these Terms or applicable law. Where legally required, information may be provided to the appropriate authorities.

6. Payments

Payments made through the Platform may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Razorpay or another payment provider displayed during checkout.

PrintNiq does not intentionally store full payment-card credentials when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. Payment providers may process transaction information according to their own terms, privacy practices, and security requirements.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers and Merchants should review that policy before placing or accepting an order.

8. Privacy and Customer Information

Information submitted through PrintNiq may be processed as necessary to create accounts, process orders, provide services, communicate with users, process payments, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Users should refer to the applicable PrintNiq Privacy Policy for additional information about personal-data handling.

9. Platform Availability

PrintNiq aims to keep the Platform available and reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, updates, third-party services, network problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

PrintNiq may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features or services where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, business operations, legal compliance, or service improvements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrintNiq's liability arising from a specific transaction or use of the Platform will be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, PrintNiq will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for matters arising solely from the acts or omissions of an independent Merchant. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Intellectual Property

The PrintNiq name, branding, logo, website design, software, platform features, and related technology are owned by or licensed to GR Technology Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

Content and files uploaded by customers remain their responsibility and, where applicable, their property. By uploading a file, the customer grants PrintNiq and the selected Merchant the limited permission necessary to store, process, transmit, and print the file solely for fulfilling the requested service.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

PrintNiq may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, non-payment, or other conduct that may harm the Platform or its users.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, users may be informed of the reason for a restriction or termination and may contact PrintNiq to request clarification or review.

13. Changes to These Terms

PrintNiq may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, services, payment processes, legal requirements, or business operations. The latest version will be published on this page together with the applicable "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
