PrintNiq is a platform for two kinds of people: customers who need a document, photo, ID card, or poster printed, and shop owners — print shops, cyber cafés, and CSC/VLE operators — who fulfil those orders. A customer uploads a file, picks a nearby shop, pays online, and the order lands directly in that shop's queue and prints automatically. No walking in with a USB drive, no back-and-forth over WhatsApp about file formats.
Small print shops and cyber cafés are the backbone of everyday printing in India, but most still run on a first-come, walk-in basis. That means lost business when a customer can't make it in during opening hours, and lost time for the shop owner manually handling every payment and file. PrintNiq's desktop agent watches the order queue and routes jobs straight to the shop's printer — colour or black & white, automatically — so orders can be fulfilled the moment they arrive, not just when someone happens to be at the counter.
