This Privacy Policy explains how GR Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("PrintNiq", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, protects, and handles information when you access or use the PrintNiq platform as a customer, merchant, shop owner, or other authorised user.

Private by default: Your uploaded print files are intended only for processing the order you requested. Files are protected during transfer and processing and are not made publicly available. After successful printing, the uploaded print file is automatically deleted from our servers within seconds, subject to any temporary technical processing required to complete the order.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use PrintNiq, we may collect the following categories of information:

Account information: name, phone number, email address, and account credentials or account-related information.
Merchant information: shop name, shop address, printer or device details, and other information needed to operate a merchant account.
Order information: order details, selected services, files submitted for printing, quantities, prices, and pickup or delivery information where applicable.
Payment information: payment status and transaction references provided by the applicable payment provider. PrintNiq does not need your full card or bank-account credentials to process a normal gateway payment.
Technical and usage information: device type, browser information, IP address, session information, and basic analytics about how the platform is used.
Support communications: information contained in messages or requests you send through WhatsApp, contact forms, email, or other support channels.

2. How We Use Information

We use information only for legitimate business and service purposes, including:

Creating and managing customer and merchant accounts.
Routing and fulfilling print and service orders.
Sending uploaded files and relevant order information to the merchant selected by the customer so the requested order can be fulfilled.
Processing payments, confirming payment status, preventing fraud, and resolving payment or order disputes.
Providing customer support and order-related notifications.
Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving PrintNiq.
Protecting the platform against abuse, unauthorised access, fraud, and security threats.
Complying with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and lawful government requests.

3. Uploaded Files and Documents

PrintNiq allows customers to upload documents and files for printing or related services. Uploaded files are used to process the specific order submitted by the customer.

Your uploaded file is private by default. It is not published publicly, sold, or intentionally made available to unrelated customers. Access to an uploaded file is restricted to the systems and authorised parties that need the file to process and fulfil the requested order.

Files are protected during transfer and processing. PrintNiq uses encrypted connections and appropriate access controls to help protect uploaded documents against unauthorised access. We do not claim that any internet service can provide absolute security.

Automatic deletion after printing: Once the customer's print order has been successfully processed/printed, the uploaded print file is automatically deleted from our servers within seconds. PrintNiq is designed not to retain the customer's uploaded print document as a permanent stored file after printing.

Temporary technical copies may exist only for the limited time required to upload, process, route, and complete the printing workflow. Such temporary processing does not mean that the file is intended to be retained as a permanent document archive.

Please do not upload sensitive personal information unless the document is being uploaded specifically for the service you requested. Customers should take particular care when uploading identity documents, financial records, passwords, or other highly sensitive material.

4. Who We Share Information With

We may share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose with:

Selected merchants: customer order and file information required to fulfil the specific order.
Payment providers: information required to process or verify payments. The current privacy policy identifies Razorpay as the payment gateway used by the platform where applicable.
Hosting and infrastructure providers: services required to host, operate, secure, and maintain the platform.
Service and technology providers: where necessary to operate specific platform functions or provide support.
Authorities: where disclosure is required by law, court order, lawful request, or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of PrintNiq, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Payment Information

Payments may be processed through the payment provider supported by the relevant PrintNiq checkout flow. Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies and terms.

PrintNiq receives payment confirmation or transaction-reference information needed to update an order and provide the requested service. We do not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV numbers, or complete bank-account credentials when those details are processed directly by the payment provider.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

PrintNiq may use cookies and similar technologies for session management, keeping users logged in, remembering preferences, maintaining security, and basic analytics.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of PrintNiq may not function correctly if essential cookies are disabled.

7. Data Retention and Automatic File Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining accounts, completing transactions, handling disputes, maintaining business records, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations.

Account information may be retained while an account remains active or as otherwise required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Order and transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, legal, audit, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Uploaded print files are treated differently from ordinary account or transaction records. They are used for the printing workflow and are automatically deleted from our servers within seconds after successful printing, subject to temporary technical processing needed to complete the order.

Important: Your order record may remain available where required for transaction history, accounting, support, fraud prevention, or legal purposes. This does not mean that the original uploaded print document is retained as a permanent file after printing.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted access to production systems, and rate limiting and abuse-prevention controls on public endpoints.

Uploaded print files are handled through protected systems and are intended to be accessible only to authorised components or parties that need them to complete the requested print order. Files are not intended to be publicly accessible.

However, no internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect information and respond to security incidents when identified.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Requests

Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by PrintNiq.

Because uploaded print files are automatically deleted after successful printing, a file may no longer be available for retrieval after the deletion process has completed.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. Certain information may need to be retained where required for completed transactions, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

PrintNiq is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for independent use of the platform. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants may receive customer information and uploaded files necessary to fulfil orders. Merchants are responsible for handling that information only for legitimate service purposes, maintaining appropriate access controls, protecting customer documents, and deleting any local or temporary copies when they are no longer required, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements.

PrintNiq's automatic server-side deletion of uploaded files does not necessarily control copies that a merchant may temporarily create on a local computer, printer system, or other device during fulfilment. Merchants are expected to protect customer documents and avoid unnecessary retention or sharing.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

PrintNiq may use third-party services to support payments, hosting, communications, analytics, or other platform functions. Third-party services may have their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage users to review the privacy practices of third-party services when they interact with those services.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the PrintNiq platform, services, legal requirements, or privacy practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
