Frequently asked questions
Tap Scan or Home, upload your file (PDF, photo, or Word doc), choose paper size, copies and color — then pay online or at the counter. The shop prints it for you.
Yes. Your files are used only to print your order and are deleted from our servers right after printing is done.
Tap Orders in the bottom menu and enter the phone number you used to place the order to see its live status.
You can pay online via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) or pay in cash at the counter when you collect your prints.
No account is required to print — just upload, pay, and collect. Rewards are optional and only needed if you want to earn and redeem coins.
